Rajib Chandra Das is currently a lecturer in public administration, Department of Law, at CCN University of Science & Technology, Bangladesh. He completed his B.S.S. (Hons) degree and M.S.S. degree from the Department of Public Administration, Comilla University, Bangladesh. He was awarded a research grant as a young researcher from the Efficient and Accountable Local Governance (EALG) project of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Besides, he has contributed to 21 published research works in reputed journals. His scholarly work can be accessed through the Google Scholar platform. His research excellence has been recognized through several prestigious awards and competitive grants. In 2019, he was awarded a Young Researcher Grant under the Efficient and Accountable Local Governance (EALG) Project of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He has also been awarded two research grants by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh to conduct social science research. In recognition of his significant contributions to education and research, he received the Sher-e-Bangla Golden Award 2025. Besides, he is working as a reviewer board member of the Journal of Humanities, Social Sciences and Business (JHSSB), Indonesia. In 2026, he has joining as an Editor in Politeia: Journal of Public Administration and Political Science and International Relations (Indonesia). His research interests include public administration, the local government system, Climate Change, globalization, development administration, corruption, rural development, urban development, gender, governance & management, tourism, e-governance, etc. His research interests include public administration, local government, globalisation, migration, climate change, higher education, Graduate Employability, tourism, e-governance, etc.
